Dr. Khalifa explains why God sends a new messenger after Muhammad, drawing on 3:81 and 33:40 to distinguish a prophet who delivers scripture from a messenger who confirms it. He presents 19-based evidence, including gematrical values of his name and of 3:81, that he is the messenger of the covenant sent to restore submission. He also answers objectors who compare him with Ghulam Ahmed and Bahaullah.
