Submitters Perspective, March 2012

Justice and basic human rights as the Quran commands them, including fairness toward enemies and the duties of those in authority, lead this issue, drawn from a Friday khutbah in Mumbai. A reprinted article explains why people use drugs and argues that worshiping God alone overcomes addiction. Letters from Russian and English submitters follow, with notice of weekly email reminders and the 27th Annual Submitters Conference.
