[9:128] There has certainly come to you a messenger from among yourselves. Grievous to him is what you suffer; [he is] concerned over you [i.e., your guidance] and to the believers is kind and merciful.
[9:129] But if they turn away, [O Muḥammad], say, “Sufficient for me is Allāh; there is no god except Him. On Him I have relied, and He is the Lord of the Great Throne.”
The following words are up by 1 occurrence from being a multiple of 19 with the addition of 9:128-129 and multiples of 19 with their omission.
There are some other interesting points before getting to the tables for the above words.
Qul ( قُل) vs Qaloo ( قَالُوا۟)
The word “say” (qul / قُل) occurs 332 times in the Quran. While the word “they say” (qaloo / قَالُوا۟) also occurs 332 times. But if the qul ( قُل) in 9:129 is counted, then the qul count will be increased by one to 333. A full list of both these words in the Quran can be found here.
