Sermon, January 1989
A self examination built on the question, who was your God last week, walking through a day of mentioning God's name, praying on time, saying God willing, and thanking Him for food, warmth, and taste. Dr. Khalifa divides people into submitters, always happy, and objectors, always miserable, and explains that the longest sura is named the cow to teach obedience without argument. It opens with a 19 finding in la ilaha illa Allah.

Sermon, February 1989
Dr. Khalifa traces the years from the revelation of the Quran to the revelation of its mathematical miracle in January 1974, a total of 1406 years, or 19 times 74. He then stresses performing the dawn prayer at dawn for the soul and body, and defends the announcement that God sent a human messenger as a test that sifts out dropouts, citing Abraham, Moses, and surah 17:94.

Sermon, March 1989
God's foreknowledge of who deserves the high heaven, the lower heaven or hell, traced to the ancient crime of not upholding God's absolute authority. Citing Abraham, Joseph and 28:68 to 69, Dr. Khalifa explains why so few worship God alone and why those guided owe it to God, not their intelligence. He also warns against prohibiting what God did not prohibit and against blaming God for idolatry.

Sermon, September 1989
Dr. Khalifa welcomes conference attendees who worship God alone, citing God as possessor of all things in sura 3 and idol worship as the only unforgivable offense. He argues the Shahadah is La ilaha illa Allah alone, rejects adding Muhammad's name, and answers the charge of following Rashad Khalifa. He warns that views contrary to the Quran will be heard and that tests sift believers.

Sermon, September 1989
Dr. Khalifa describes accepting a human being as God's messenger as the most difficult test, recounting his own eight years of struggle and how revelation came to him through Sura 36, verse 3. He warns attendees who reject his messengership or befriend enemies of God and His messenger, answers a challenge to his translation of the Quran, and closes with Sura 57 on the hypocrites.

Sermon, September 1989
The ego as the root of human rebellion against God's absolute authority, contrasting humans and jinn who refused the second chance to submit with the animals, stars, and mountains that accepted it, and why killing the ego is key to redemption. Dr. Khalifa also presents a 19-based confirmation of al-Fatiha in the contact prayer and answers an upcoming conference on the finality of prophethood.

Sermon, November 1989
God's omnipotence and predetermination, shown through Dr. Khalifa's birth on November 19, the only day of the year whose number is a multiple of 19, and through the prophecies of the messenger of the covenant in Malachi, Luke, Matthew and Quran 3:81. The second sermon presents Quranic evidence that the righteous never taste death but go straight to heaven, while disbelievers suffer at death.

Sermon, December 1989
Mathematical discoveries by members of the congregation confirming the five daily contact prayers and Surah One through multiples of 19: the units, bowings, prostrations, and Tashahhud of each prayer, the 19 meetings of the lips in Al Fatiha, and letter values matching the verse counts of the surahs Noah, Abraham, and Muhammad. Dr. Khalifa then shares his mother's death as a sign that the righteous do not die.
